Shipping Policy

We ship to street addresses throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories our carrier serves. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders of $59.00 or more ship free anywhere in the United States. Below that a flat $7.99 covers packing and carrier handling, whatever the box weighs.

The exact amount is worked out in the cart before you pay. No shipping surcharge is ever added after checkout.

• Handling — picking, packing and booking the label: 1–2 business days after payment clears.
• Carrier transit: 3–7 business days on standard domestic service.
• Total, order to doorstep: 4–9 business days across most of the country.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays. An order placed outside the hours below begins its handling window on the next business day.

Store hours: Open Sun–Thu: 11:30–19:00 | Friday: 11:30–14:00 | Closed Saturday.

A tracking number is emailed the moment the carrier scans the label. You can also follow an order from the Track Your Order page using the order number and the email address you used at checkout.

We ship to the address exactly as entered. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and reship once it is corrected; the second label is charged at the same flat rate.

Tell us within 7 days of the delivery scan — or of the expected delivery date if the parcel never arrives — and we will open a carrier claim and either replace the item or refund it. Photographs of the box and packing help, but they are not a condition of the claim.

There is no in-store pickup for web orders, no same-day courier service and no scheduled delivery window. If any of those matter to you, call the shop before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
